Lunchbreak- Leave your screen behind

When Adam Bratton, Head Enabler of Human Powered Movement calls you up with an idea that involves filming a multisport adventure - it’s hard to say no. Concept was simple: grab lunch with your friends out and about, and show how you can spend your lunchbreak doing something active.

Together with Seth Baird, Jesus Delatorre, Rashawn, and Adam, we set out on a Friday morning to get all the shots from starting biking in Hunterville NC, followed by paddling down the river and then running to the lunch spot.

Getting all the shots so that it would make sense to the viewer was critical for this piece. One of the biggest obstacles was the blistering heat and humidity that made this a more challenging shoot.

It turned out to be worth every sunburn. We not just had a blast with good people doing cool stuff, we also were selected to show our film at Lookout Wild Film Fest in Chattanooga TN.

I couldnt be more proud to have this be the first film that got Laurels. A special thanks to Lookout Wild for selecting this film to be part of their event. Biggest Thanks to Human Powered Movement in continuously laying their trust in Pat McGrady Visuals and coming up with ideas that we love to support!
